Head table and backdrop effect requires 2 people and 3 or more hours to assemble. Also requires 2 people and 1 hour or more to dismantle, which is included in package price. Placement of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the client. Tables and chairs not included.

Backdrop Includes: -fabric backdrop with mini lights -organza swags -floral accents (color choices for swags and floral available) Head Table Includes: -skirting and table toppers -mini lights -organza swags -floral centerpieces and/or candles (color choices for swags and floral available) (Standard head table size is max of 12 seats or 2 skirtings and 2 table toppers. Additonal skirtings and table toppers to add length to head table will be an extra cost.)
